Starting prices for sound, lighting and video across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Starting prices, for planning only. These numbers are a general guide, not a quote or an offer. Every event is different, and most final prices come in higher, though sometimes lower. Your price is only set once we send you a written quote.
Services and starting prices
Sound
Sound packages start around $1,200, depending on the setup. Lighting and video can be added.
LED Video Walls
LED video walls start at $1,500. The price depends on the size of the wall and how it's set up. A wall stacked on the floor or a stage costs less than one hung from the ceiling or a truss.
Lighting
Lighting packages start at $800, including up to 32 uplights and 16 pin spots.
Corporate Packages
Corporate packages start around $4,500 to $6,500. That's a full package with TV screens, PTZ cameras, up to 12 tabletop gooseneck mics, front lighting for presenters, and live streaming. Need only audio, video or lighting? That costs much less.
These are starting prices for a basic setup. Most events add equipment, so most final quotes come in higher.
Insurance
Insurance certificates are available the same day if needed, including higher umbrella coverage for venues and clients that require it.

Venue and travel
Final prices depend on the venue: room size, how easy the load-in is (stairs, elevators, older buildings), parking, and distance. Travel fees may apply for events more than 50 miles from Ramapo, New York. We always size the system to the room, so every guest hears and sees it clearly.
